Of course people are lost--aren't they always? But they are alive and trying.
There is a switch from a person-involved standpoint, in which you are counseling, coaching, or comforting people (or maybe rebuking them) toward a science-involved standpoint, in which you are seeking and espousing Truth in some version which is (of course) true to you.
That doesn't mean you are heartless, but there is the dark side of Venus conjoined to Saturn which tends to make love skeptical and cynical. That is not good for us so we ought to try to keep loving despite obstacles in the way.
The moon in Scorpio in good aspect to Neptune and Pluto suggests secretive, occult or mystical interests or experiences. These could be real and uplifting, rather than unreal, imaginary and costume-ey, if we get to the deeper meaning of Halloween and its Eve, which is communion with those who have passed beyond the range of our material senses.
