}Self-Love Is Not So Bad{
< moon in the Via Combusta (until Wednesday) **<
It seems a disjointed day, especially during the 11 hours of the void-of-course shown above. So it takes personal skill, endurance and persistence to bring things together in a good pattern.
Ambitions
may be strong, but it feels there is little one can do to advance them
except carry on and muddle through. That is all right so long as one
does not lose one's composure and "throw in the towel" or explode in
anger or upset or succumb to grinding depression. The universe is not
out of joint but might seem so.
Whatever
"business" means to you, it might be good to focus on it because the
best close aspect is Mercury trine Pluto. Isabel Hickey says this gives
persuasive ability, confidence, and ability to communicate ideas so that
others subconsciously accept them. Other astrologers say, success in
writing or oratory. Since it is in earth signs, I suggest that your
ordinary business could go efficiently (Pluto in Capricorn) if you use
your careful mental approach to it diligently, taking account of all the
devils in all the details (Mercury in Virgo).
Venus square Saturn, increasing over the rest of this week, makes one feel one needs to economize or be careful with money, sticking to budget. One feels safe by holding on to things. On the emotional level it tends to separation, isolation, and feeling dissatisfied. Soberness and duty are a cure for many worries.
The
moon in Libra while the sun is in Leo gives a sort of vanity or
self-love, which may suffice when nobody else seems to care! So you care
not about them but about your appearance and it is likely to be
pleasing to many although the Venus aspects suggest that they may not
let on how much they care about you because they feel insecure and are
in love, like you, with themselves!
Together with sentimentalism, idealism, and romanticism, there is a serious desire to be honorable. Ingrained integrity is its own reward.

Cosmic Piper
P. S. I am aware that Jesus, whom I revere, and countless other teachers of many traditions, said that love of G*d and of one's neighbor is supreme. On some days, it seems that love of oneself primes one's love for others and for the Universal Supreme.
