Message for Thursday 2 November 2023
We all know how difficult this period is, with war and suffering and mutual accusation and insult and more. I believe I have traced a lot of this to the current Hermetic Epoch chart, covering September 30 through November 24, and that the next Epoch, November 25 through January 20, will be better. More about that later. Meanwhile we have to work with what is here and I tried to elucidate some of that in a recent Monday report. The daily symbols are usually milder but I hope pertinent for you. Thursday:

A hare is seated upon a knoll above its burrow;
Behind it is a rising moon. Timid and astute,
The apprehensive creature is liable to be taken
Unawares, though watchful and cautious. A crown

Is seen over crossed swords, indicating a person
Of military, aggressive character, cutting his way
Through life, overcoming powerful enemies with executive
Ability, yet losing peace and happiness.

Yet a woman feeling responsible for the welfare of
The world is sprinkling flowers, developing everything
Into an enduring organism by her care.
On the beach are children playing around five

Mounds of sand. Nascently competent, they
Meet whatever arises with winning naivete.
