"A helical scroll" sounds interesting. There are a multitude of projects and imaginings. What might be missing is definition of purpose, and so "one's path in life leads back to oneself." If there is nor virile companionship there could be chaotic wandering. "An officer arrayed like a Chinese mandarin" seems quite contrary. There could be a trend toward diplomatic or governmental work in which one's implicit authority brings one to "positions of trust and confidence."
"One outwardly a babe, but inwardly a giant" is not popular or understood, but "of such is the kingdom of heaven." Either this person or someone else, or yourself, could be like "an angel blowing a trumpet" publishing an important message "bearing on the social or spiritual condition of mankind."
"A Hindu healer" is readily available in many guises. "A spiritualized self-discipline provides a magical ordering of the whole course of events." Anyone who has encountered Krishna or Rama knows what that means. Or some other form of therapy could help in "bringing the least of human potentials to some ultimate consummation." Not the least of those could be "a table set for an evening meal," or some familiarity of sharing in common needs. "There is no part of the universe one cannot enlist for the fulfillment of one's own desires."
