"A man stripped to the waist hewing timber" is admirably laborious. An earnest soul, he makes good use of his powers. "A dark and lonely pool overhung by wooded banks" is contemplation and philosophic musing. There is plenty to ponder. "He will walk by the side of his mother Nature and his soul will be lifted to a place of rest."
"A lady in fox fur" wants to be in style, but I hope that is fake fur, for the sake of the fox. Tastefulness is possible without crudeness or cruelty. "A woman reading tea leaves" evolves naive insight into wisdom by reading the signatures life provides wherever she looks.
"A field of ripe corn is ready for the sickle beneath a cloudless sky and brilliant sunshine." This is health and prosperity. There is comfort in the friendship of those whom custom and heart remember and summon gladly. "A man walks beside a cow with his hand on her back, bringing her home from the pasture at eventide."
