Moon in Virgo
Full Moon of Pisces-Virgo occurs at 10:49a PT | 1:49p ET | 5:49p UT  (daylight savings times except for UT)
Mercury turns direct at 8:50p PT | 11:50p ET | 3:50a(Tu) UT, but is still motionless, turning on a slow dime, so the Dark or Slow Hermetic Epoch remains with us until March 30.

I have to give the above warning because people in general seem to believe that "now everything is okay" the minute Mercury turns direct.  No! I wish.  I have observed at least 150 Hermetic Epochs (three per year) during the past fifty years and I know whereof I speak.  While Mercury is slow, and gaining speed (until March 30) we have "Mercury retrograde light" because actually Mercury's speed is behind the speed of the sun (that is, of the earth in its orbit).  (All this is from geocentric perspective because believe it or not we live on the earth and you have to notice the stop light ahead of you to be safe, not the stop light a thousand miles away in another city.)  Things are somewhat easier, let us hope, but not dramatically easier, usually.  Still, there can be an internal coalescence of thinking and planning which feels good. I hope you are feeling it today and tomorrow.

We discussed the current MR period in relation to the coronavirus, the stock market, and the presidential primaries in recent posts.  To sum up how it seems to me, it is COMPLICATIONS and DELAYS.  Those two things.  You can see it in your own life and what areas it is affecting. That could be health, work, relationships, diet, transactions, scheduling, anything and everything. To most of us it seems a testing time.  It is good to (a) not get too far behind with everything but also (b) give yourself more breaks than usual to REst, REview, REsearch, and REcover. That could include spending more time in meditation and prayer.

Then from tomorrow until March 30 we will be getting a surer foothold with everything gradually.  Unfortunately there can be RElapses along the way.  As mentioned at least twice, it seems that a major turning point could be Friday March 13, with smoother sailing from then into early May.

Monday:  The Full Moon is neither good nor bad per se, but gives heightened consciousness, broader awareness, so at best it is expanded optimism.  That is needed because one degree of the day shows "sorrow" or "harrowing trials."  Of course this could be partly because so many have to vary their schedules and their mo because of coronavirus fears, but partly because of individual issues only you know about. It is good to get expanded views of history and spiritual evolution in order to cure your individual anxieties and troubles. It could help a lot. Symbolically you could escape into "a spacious hall, the walls covered with symbols and hieroglyphics."  The Mysteries of the ancients were not just obfuscation but helped people get comforting perspective.

Some schools are closed, so "boys and girls in gymnasium suits" might mean kids are getting their exercise and animated activity in other ways.  Effort in a group can be humbling if it reveals individual weaknesses, but that is beneficial.  "Mary and her white lamb" suggests young ideas and even naivete as helpful, which is not surprising during a MR or DHE period. Take it light, there are other ways to see things, let go of the hooks you have been hooked on. Maybe the innocent child's or pet's approach is better.

There are indications of strong, penetrating intellect and mind-wealth.  Some are favored because they express ideas in a colorful and helpful manner.  This could be just interesting, or it could be spiritually or politically crucial, as "an angel blowing a trumpet" who publishes an important message.  He or she lectures or preaches and that is appreciated.

Meditation, prayer, or ritual could be magnified in good results when done within hours of the Full Moon or of the station (motionlessness) of Mercury later (given above). That means really all day.
