There are ardent, exalted spiritual tendencies and gifts while three planets in Leo trine Jupiter in his sign Sagittarius. These two fire signs are linked with the ultimate essences of our cosmos and at their highest are Divine: "A triangle of flame, and an eye within the triangle."
We just had a New Moon, yet it is early in the lunar month, and Mercury is still slow (though not retrograde). And so there can be prematurity in some plans. It is not that one should give them up, but be patient while they develop more fully and clearly. The butterfly is emerging from the chrysalis but not ready to fly.
"Chickens intoxicated" could be almost literal, if one does not mind oneself and associates being called "chickens." People who are addicted to their stimulants will be up and at them. At a higher level the spiritual exaltation of the first paragraph could take over. One feels that one is supplied with what one needs to carry out a thrilling mission.
Whether one is a conventional scientist or astronomer, a clairvoyant, or an astrologer, one may find that one understands better than before our place in the cosmos---the spatial-temporal gyres and cycles in which we are enveloped, and how to use rather than be used by them.
The "intoxicated chickens" may seem to be rather "a man and woman seated at a table whereon viands and wine are lavishly abundant." This would be a natural development with three major planets in Leo on a Friday. Nice? Yes, though Sepharial warns against self-debasement through self-indulgence. (Don't let the wine make you into a squawking chicken.)
"A Bolshevik propagandist" covers the possibility of political turmoil or argument. At best, this is a leavening of the racial consciousness through discussion. There are some indications that the Democratic presidential debates are doing that. It's all a matter of how we individually can live and not just talk what Sepharial calls the "not logical but intuitive divine fire of a worthy ambition."
