Events while the moon is in the Via Combusta and Mercury retrograde can be morbid--fortunately for me this was just in the news and in some entertainment I watched. The latter featured a young man floating up in a swimming pool, apparently dead, at the end of an episode; and the news then, a little later, reported the death by drowning of a New York jurist (no one knows how it happened). (Scorpio of course is a water sign and the sign of death in some aspect or other, or of the prevention of death more happily.) There is endless discussion of violence in Syria and elsewhere and the forced removal of a United Airlines passenger (small potatoes but people seem hypnotized by it). Today the moon escapes the Via Combusta but other indications, especially Venus square Saturn, can still be morbid, so we need to watch our thoughts to divest sad stories of their power to depress us and make things worse in our lives. We also need to watch our words so that we do not unconsciously slander anyone. The financial plights of younger or less mature people may get attention or sympathy.
Some of us, perhaps most of us, have spirit companions, and the ones we get are determined by our character. The gross attracts the gross; the refined, the refined. There are hospitable feelings, with Luna trine Venus, and you may enjoy a place of comfort overflowing with friendliness. Your sensibilities are intense, and you can see the value in varying alternatives, or combine two at once.
Some individuals are mysterious, with lives of their own, content to live unknown and unappreciated. Some are strong and independent, having dominion over their worlds. There is a benediction on many or all, less noticeable for some than others; yet it grants prodigality and rich opportunity.
A public place well-kept provides opportunity for recreation. Yet there are consequences for devious or wrong behavior, almost immediate; even a reversal or a calamity. We need to be consistent in the roles we are playing, laboring diligently because we know only in that way are we building on safe, solid ground.
