The discrepancy between the eminence you feel you deserve, and the path to it, seems great. Yet you are rising. Your home, it seems, is empty or feels so. You feel you have abandoned it or it you. You want to be once again a guardian of it so that you can use it as a lunching pad for career or treasured projects.
Someone who guides or teaches in career paths has a lot of egoity or eogism. This gives him or her confidence, but can seem uncouth. You want to play the game of ambition and achievement as if on a chessboard, figuring out every move for your abilities.This could have an influence on the public or bring you into the public eye.
There is or could be good fortune and you could feel prosperous through work, either at home or in a secure station at headquarters. The good things of life are available. There could be envy, either of yourself by someone, or by yourself of someone. It sneaks up even though in your soul-nature you are above it. Wishing someone would stumble from what seems undeserved success is a peccadillo or minor sin, but we should try to root it out because it is not good for our own well-being.
Some seem born to rule or lead. Some like that are your friends, or could be. They have a swaying power over others' destinies. At times you or they might be in too much hurry, trying to get too much accomplished at once, hastily, huffing and puffing over little things which result in little reward. Getting back to essentials recovers strength.
A grand trine in earth signs, formed only today by Luna with Jupiter and Pluto, is a signal that you could rise upward through fostering ambitions. Yet there is a social element in this, so you express yourself in a game-like manner. You need to work and play with others, in essence and consciousness if not actuality. Some rule, others follow, but followers also rule within their own domain. Where and what is that domain? That you need to remember.

P. S. The |karmically difficult or sobering| third of this week sneaks up on us in later afternoon-evening and lasts through Thanksgiving until Friday morning. But Thanksgiving itself is saved, for the most part, because it will be past the midpoint of that weekly period and more importantly because Luna forms a trine with Venus and a sextile with Uranus on that holiday, lasting all day into the evening. That should put us in pretty good spirits, I am happy to say.
