Forecast-Meditation for Christmas, 25 December 2014

Thursday 25 December 2014

}Bright Ideas{

Sun in Capricorn; Moon in Aquarius-->Pisces; Foci in 2, Allies or Possessions and 11, Friends or Hopes

|Karmically intense or sobering third| of this week continues (until Saturday)   **
/moon goes void-of-course at 7:12a PT | 10:12a ET | 3:12p UT   *
until it enters Pisces at 8:08p PT | 11:08p ET | 4:08a(F) UT   **

Again we have a void-of-course period for thirteen hours. In addition to the |difficult third| period. (I find some confusion about |this| in people's minds. It is, of course, not the same days every week. It might appear to be that because it rotates quite slowly through the weeks, from later in the week to earlier, sometimes midweek, sometimes weekends. It is now moving earlier toward midweek, leaving the weekends free of |it| for a few months.)

So, Christmas can be spiritually Happy but probably not very Merry, if that means depending on other people's moods to make one Happy. But if you insist on merriment, go for it!

Actually most people will be thinking about their honor, their position in the world, what their family or parents or "superiors" think about them, whether they are "making it" or not. That can be depressing because nobody feels they have succeeded, probably, as much as they would like, not even Warren Buffett. "What can I do with all my money that will give me more prestige or show everyone, or G*d, that I am a good man?" If WB does not think that way, I apologize to him, but many people do, and many will be doing it today.

That is probably all to the good. Whatever we do, we want to do it well. Where is the room for sentiment? some of us will feel. Isn't that for babies?

Sorry, but I am trying to capture some of the probable astrological trends. If you have a more friendly and loving experience today, good for you. You have a very developed soul.

He stands guard to prevent crises. Relatives seem to need that.
Others play cards and board games; some want to gamble.
Some grumble at the triviality, looking for something better;
Some try to protect the immature from their immaturity.

Carefree assurance and self-display are part of the holiday.
Kids show off their prowess with their new toys. A few,
Both young and older, retreat to their rooms with some
Bright ideas the Christmas Angels conferred, pondering.

A veteran smiles, inwardly glad he is not in the war,
But wondering what new battles must be at home.
A younger brother apes current fashions, trends, games,
Looking silly to the battle-scarred one, yet loved.
