Disagreements do not cease until we reach what Sri Aurobindo called the Supermind; there is also the lower Overmind which is the Mind astrology makes use of, the Mind which understands the shifting relations of reliable cosmic Forces or Deities. I say "makes use of" although few astrologers are really "in" the Overmind, much less the Supermind, in their thinking and prognostication. I try. Sometimes the only way to communicate what seems real is through poetry.

Two bulls who fight are forcefully sure that each is right.

When one is injured, the other triumphs, then sulks off.

A man doing taxes tussles with invisible bears and bulls,

Eagles and doves. To do so requires confirmed adeptness.

Those stranded on an alien shore--the land is green--take down

A tankard to recover spirits. Children play and study

The colors of bubbles. A man felling a tree will not sell it 

For paper for tax forms. A girl playing a lyre has never 

Seen those forms. The men drinking have secret notions 

Driving them to swallow more than needed. They wonder why

Their plans have failed, then spar with other partial losers,

Forcefully sure that each is right. Ideals and desires 

Surge with hopes to ecstatic conflict, demanding bliss,

Happy with something, losing resentment at last to a saint.
