There is a lot of what seems "running in place." It is possible to be unpractical and indifferent to the point that one is losing out. We are not so much racing against one another as against our own past records, and while Mercury gains speed so can we. Worry about what seems lost love or a flailing relationship could be behind some of the lassitude. 

Those who know some of the secrets of the Christian realization will be able to face temporary pain and suffering more easily than others. They know that their Lord has endured and triumphed over such suffering, and so they can also. 

A reclusive and religious attitude could be appropriate. When the world's prospects look dim, the inner heaven-world, always with us, beckons more convincingly. Love can float above and uplift every worried imbroglio.

Those who attract you who do not respond well to your advances or wishes are likely suffering their own torments of the affections. As if everyone were in love with the one ahead of him or her, and that one in love with the one next ahead, and on and on in an infinite series of postponements. (Who else but Cosmic Piper could give such cheery insight?)

Capabilities can be exercised and used in a normal fashion, with helpful cooperation from someone who is a peer or working close to your level of specialization. You may prod one another to keep going when individually each might flag or peter out.

If some things or people you were relying on seem to have collapsed, you can, correspondingly, reduce expectations, rather than attempt to gain what is not now gainable and suffer bitter loss in the attempt. 

A sense of humor does not have to be harsh or spiteful in order to lift your spirits. 

We all have "off" days, but this one has humble advantages, including clues that you are surrounded by influences carrying you beyond worries into fresh hope (moon trine Venus in the evening).
