}Secret Echoes of Missing Concord{

The worst first: The moon is in the Via Combusta and we remain in the |stressful third of the week| until Wednesday. Today will be for many the hardest day of the week. Further, there are six septiles in the sky, a highly unusual situation, and two of them, sun septile Uranus and Mars septile Uranus, are the same as what was happening on 9/11/01. This is not to scare you but to suggest that you fortify yourself for whatever stress is happening in your personal life. It seems to me that this is karma working out. Some of the karma will be "bad karma" of others which you are facing also; some will be your own karma. It is a test, I would say, and if you are a Christian you know how to pray about that.

Please beware of doing anything foolhardy. Other fools can fool themselves but you as Fool-fool can save yourself from irrational or crazed action even if you have a strong impulse in that direction. Know that this is a temporary hard place you are facing, a crisis through which you shall pass; it is not the end of anything good. The end of things which have served their purpose and have to end is not always pleasant. You need to remain calm.

Love and romance are under a cloud and very strange. The flashes of lightning coming from that cloud are stunning. Who is enemy, who is friend? Friends have a touch of the enemy just because they are human and fallible. People are restless and questing and want more than they can get immediately, and so are disconsolate and may act out of a sense of futility. This can be dangerous.

Hyper-criticism is rife. People enjoy cutting others down to size. Or what they think is the other's size, which might be in fact bigger than they are. At worst there is a danger of violence. At best there is subtle drama which brings out the worst and best as if actors were being unmasked in a play. If you are dissatisfied with your present circumstances, you long for "something else" at a distance from you and there is nothing wrong with that as long as you are meeting current responsibilities rather than trying to escape them.

There is intense partisanship. Oh, the President's speech is tonight. How sad: This astrologer would have recommended another evening. It will have to be a somewhat grim speech meeting a somewhat grim response. I hope he will not be accused of slander, but no doubt he will be slandered. There is a tendency toward that everywhere. Even within families children and parents feel they are being painted in false colors. The consequences of past mistakes need not be so harsh. The voice of experience resonates the majesty of maturity if we may hear it.

Being hospitable is possible, either in your home or elsewhere, or being a guest. However, people will be pondering and speaking about grim matters. We need to spiritualize anxieties through faith.

Looking into secrets is possible if you use the arts you know, whether astrology, divination, or sheer psychism; or your innermost voice. You may be examining costs of travel, of accommodations, of rent or real estate. Prices go up and down seemingly according to chance. Whatever you spend and however you spend it has an impact on the world. You feel you would rather starve than do anything beneath your dignity.

At some level people are being foolish but at the same time trying to be very careful, like perhaps a careful thief who still gets caught. There are attempts to reform others through writing or speech. Does this make a difference? Perhaps, but you can procure your own good only by systematic effort, which some part of you understands perfectly.

Goodness is beauty, it has been said, and you are cognizant of the beauty you want and need, finding some of it by accident. There is comeliness in the elder as well as the younger. They mingle in various scenes which make humanity more cognizant of its implicit oneness and concord.
