|Karmically serious, sobering, challenging third| of this week continues until Monday evening
Challenge: Charubel presents us with 'a profile of the head and face of a man; clean-shaven, save for a carefully cultivated mustache.' He is said to be 'an ordinary man of the day, fond of pleasure and fashionable amusements, the conventional and popular.' This could be one of your easy-going friends. In contrast with that there is 'a very old man facing a vast dark space to the northeast.' He is strengthening his spirit for the next unknown phase of things, changing a dark outlook into a sanction for the continuation of his eternal destiny. The hidden elements of life are seen as friendly even when unknown.
Process: Most are likely to feel serious, yet it's a holiday weekend and some may 'stand before an audience with all the paraphernalia of a juggler.' I miss the street musicians or buskers I used to appreciate in a different town. If you are lucky enough to have some of them at hand you are blessed. Sleight-of-hand magicians are also fun. All this calculation plus improvisation could even add up to 'a pageant' or a demonstration of high magic as a public display of individual excellencies.
Blessing: There can be success through connections, even possible marriage to someone of high rank or fame, perhaps devoted to the fine arts. Nature grants its glories in 'a bunch of spring flowers, over which is set a bright star flashing and sparkling in a deep blue atmosphere.' There could even be 'a figure like the angel of the Sun, Michael, standing erect and striking the earth with the point of a dazzling sword.' Such a celestial visitant would be an intense idealization of all we celebrate and invoke on this day of Independence, freedom, and national union.
