^Ambassador of the Profound^

Moon in Pisces-->Aries
/moon goes void-of-course at 0:16a PT | 3:16a ET | 8:16a UT
until it enters Aries at 11:46a PT | 2:46p ET | 7:56p UT
|Karmically serious or sobering third| of this week begins at 6:49p PT | 9:49p ET | 2:49a(F) UT

As Venus moves toward Saturn (exact on the 10th-11th), we are more thoughtful, realistic, and sober, and likely to feel maligned or ill-used by life or people. The controversy about "OK, boomer" is a perfect example of this, especially since Venus-Saturn hard aspects often show clashes between generations, Saturn being the planet of age. (Which is supposed to bring wisdom.) There is self-doubt under this aspect, accompanied by doubt of the motives or goodwill of others. So, since Mercury is well-aspected and speeding, we turn to intellectual quests or literary-philosophic interests---"A quantity of books and papers in disorder." This could be strenuous mental work. It could also divagate into what is occult or (according to some) superstitious, "A magician in sacerdotal vestments performing rites in a magic circle." (The most serious magicians in the Western tradition have been devoted students of the Bible, balancing their magical texts. Consult their writings and you will see.)

There can be much diplomacy and versatility, even dissimulation or duplicity, but at best this is an attempt to alternate between opposite tendencies in others and oneself for the sake of harmony. Yet within this, colorful individuality breaks through strikingly, as if one were at "an embassy ball."

In accord with the preceding, there is ambassadorship, aspiration, and exploration into new worlds beyond the ken of most. This is not pompous or vain, however, but accompanied by a sense of humor. A profound student and teacher may at times seem "a comedian entertaining a group" when witty comments release tensions and liberate worries.
