There should be no bitterness because of restrictions. They are merely "what is" in regard to your specifically prescribed way of manifesting your powers. No one is to be blamed. Something strong in you, irresistible, gets, even demands, cooperation. This may happen in unusual, unsuspected or unplanned ways because we are in the final day of an Old Moon. A certain amount of drift is to be expected, an epidemic of "nothing seems to be working."
There is strength and pride (sun in Leo) as if one sensed one's nobility and fearlessness, and consequent ability to govern others. This could be arrogance at worst, and if frustrated bitterness, envy or jealousy. But brilliant insights can justify one's confidence in oneself. It could be a time for research or study. Someone with aptitude in spiritual pursuits could be a companion. You will sense when there is disproportion in one direction or another, and mitigate it.
Some individuals are simple, honest, impulsive and persistent. They labor toward what they want. You might become more popular than you think, and get more attention in regard to what you do best, if you refuse to miss your calling. We underestimate ourselves too often.

Things become more real when we are regrasping them in a setting new to us, so one ought not to shrink from entering such a scene. However, there is susceptibility to being ill-at-ease, if not actually ill, when things are challenging at a transition point, as the beginning of a Dark Hermetic Epoch tomorrow (until September 19). So it is good to make wise decisions, during the day, which are both fresh and safe, while refusing to make new decisions about other basics in your life which are a bulwark to you. The DHE is a "stay the course" period for the most part.
When there seem to be emergencies, one can meet them with a sense of vigor and refreshment. One need not be so weak as to be buffeted from one opinion or interest to another, first hopeful and then nervous, so as make no headway at all. One can attune oneself to beauty and harmony, gentleness, singing, music, poetry, being kind-hearted and generous.
Yet there's also a trend of devoting some attention to being a winner. We on the spiritual paths tend to try so hard to be selfless that we forget we can play the game of life as winners without forsaking goodness and spiritual evolution. The winning merely takes on a different aspect with us, not utter selfishness but tinged with attempts to use our gains for the good of all. There can be enthusiasm while the sublime and glorious are being revealed, "a veiled statue." Although Venus is moving away from her wonderful trine with Jupiter to an almost exact opposition with Saturn, which we feel as depression often, yet there can be gregariousness because of three planets in Leo and Venus moving to a sextile with Uranus, "A barn dance."
