It's a bit of a stretch to four stars (maximum is five), but I feel that general trends are loosening up and we can afford to be optimistic about the sorts of things one usually does on a Saturday. Mercury retrograde of course is always a warning against taking plans too seriously or stodgily, and being ready for changes as you go along.
There could be quarreling, either with someone directly or just in mind. It is wise not to be impetuous if misunderstandings could be perilous.
You want to procure something for yourself in public. The exchange could be noticeable because it requires cutting through some habit which would hold you back.
Someone rough and rustic may turn up, not suave but direct and robust, not caring if his words or actions sting a little.
Is there insincerity or flattery in some infatuation or attraction, a bit of duplicity? Oh well, that may be harmless if it is taken as a game. Krishna is said to have indulged in endless Lilas or sporting plays and semi-seductions with the gopi girls and boys.
At a more profound level you could consider much which is in advance of humanity at large, the part of our evolution we haven't accomplished, but of which we have glimmers. This may dazzle as light from above.
The thoroughness of the moon's domicile in Capricorn may come out as extending yourself in solid, interesting directions. The world is a mystery until we meet it.
Even if it's a nice social day, you have a deeper yearning for wisdom from the past, something you ponder from teachings which show you an example to live by.
We are trying to put warfare and militarism behind us, yet in so doing we do not want to give up the stalwart character which competition brings out, so we have sports as one substitute. Another perhaps more important one is the attempt to work out and forward important reforms for the sake of the planet and humanity. These may occupy some of your thinking if not pursued directly on a day which breathes a breath of personal freedom.

Although it's a Sunday, one bright spot could be thinking and planning for your work or a project, something you take seriously and feel you are revising and reforming to be closer to the ideal, the heart's desire.
A lot of thinking is going on. You examine things from more than one angle, with others' vision as it were, trying to see the world as they do. (That could include animals.)
This is the anniversary of 9/11/01, and I must report what astounded me when I studied (and I have studied it extensively) the chart for that day. It convinced me that Signor Borelli's symbols, and Walter Gorn Old's (Sepharial's) interpretations of them, are valid and helpful (even though Marc Edmund Jones warned against them in his Sabian series on Symbolical Astrology). The sun today, and the sun on 9/11/01, is in the degree 19-20 Virgo, with the following interpretation from Borelli-Sepharial: "Two men fencing with swords. A man in black stands aside watching them. The native is born with a predisposition to disputes and quarrels, and he will be involved in some fracas in a foreign country or with a foreigner. He will be further liable to hurts from secret enemies, and his life will be overshadowed by a melancholy fate. It is a degree of Fighting." This does not even need interpretation, it is so close to being an exact description of what happened on 9/11/01. Of course, although that symbol recurs every year, it does not have the same implication or result every year and I hope it will not today. In your personal life it could mean to be a little careful of sharp disagreements or lingering resentments.
There could be something about brilliant colors or displays of light, a light-show as it were; or on the symbolic level, brilliant insights, forceful and distinctive. You see someone who fascinates your gaze and you can't stop staring.
Someone you admire enormously has an impact on your work or study, helping you with a project even if you have never met him. He may be in the news or something you read or watch.
You want and expect a lot, and can participate in life in a materialistic manner without being totally selfish because doing that opens doors into insight, life, and love.
Military matters become important--the nuclear status of North Korea?--and we want to contain and control them at this crucial point of history.
Impetuousness could lead to wounding, probably subjectively or verbally rather than physically. It is well to wield the sword of indignation with careful control.
We are learning to view the world and others through their eyes as well as our own, so that our minds expand and hearts open like flowers in the same garden.
