Let's not get spooked by the one- and two-star periods. They are harder, for most of us, so that should just inspire us to use all our Truth statements and affirmations, our faithful prayers, or whatever spiritual techniques we use to keep our heads up, believing in our ultimate dominion as children of G*d. The single star in that word is all we need.
The intensity of the square between Uranus and Pluto, with us for months and months to come, is close to exact, and joined by Mars. At worst this could be more of the horrid stuff we find in headlines--ISIS violence, police violence in the U. S., Russian conspiracy murder, plane disasters, on and on. But although recognizing that these things happen more often during such harsh aspects, we need to reject, in our minds, their necessity, praying for and expecting better outcomes.
These include the fanatical desire for progress in one's own life which, at best, that double square indicates. We will not tolerate errors and failures in ourselves. That is what it can mean. We are fanatically trying to redeem ourselves through intelligent effort.
That is a real heroic conquest, whereas the killing of someone else is a sign that the killer has not conquered himself (usually, unless self-defense or perhaps justified war is the cause--there's room for debate in such cases).
Anyway we can get our own acts together under this aspect, with the help of the Bright Hermetic Epoch lasting until early May.
The zodiacal symbols for the day inspired the quatrains:
