^Manifesting the Soul?^
A friend said on Tuesday that he felt he and a lot of others were in a "vortex" of some kind--multiple issues which were painful for him. I felt it also and it would appear to be the exact square of the sun with Jupiter while also conjoining Saturn, and of course Jupiter also square Saturn by a somewhat larger orb but increasing. And Venus exactly with Saturn, on which I have written extensively in recent forecasts. All this is still with us. This can be a "trial of the soul," for Jupiter wants to be expansive and optimistic while Saturn demands slow perfection. They need to reconcile themselves within us, as we "find our souls" or learn to adhere to the deepest vectors of true destiny within ourselves, pointing out the path we can take for long-term fulfillment. For occultists, of course, that has to be "inter-incarnational fulfillment" for we have karma and dharma--things to finish--from past incarnations and we want to prepare ourselves for meaningful future incarnations, clearing a path toward them. Not easy of course, but what else would be worth doing?
In granite someone had carved ancient images
Projecting gods, heroes, damsels across centuries.
Passing by, the clean-shaven man with large eyes
Doesn't notice at all, thinking of action movies.
He grew up contemptuous of playfellows, animals, birds,
Cowardly strangling pigeons for fun. One time
A suffering bird looked at him with eyes
He couldn't forget. He wondered who he was.
Later he joined the army, with plenty of leeway to kill
And a greedy nation of war profiteers cheering him on.
He developed bravery and persuasiveness, working up
The chain of command. And sometimes wondering.
