~Wrestling in the Depths of Therapeutic Transformation~
Like many, I am about
ready to give up on the "fiscal cliff" worries and just say, "Oh well,
we're going over the cliff. Pull the strap on the parachute and hope for
the best." I have followed the astrological charts to sense what may
happen and admit I am not able to see a clear probability. A friend who
believes in one-degree orbs for aspects might be right,
in that the intense Yod involving Saturn, Pluto and Jupiter, focused on
the latter (retrograde in Gemini, a sign of duality, as in the duality
of the Senate and House, which cannot agree on anything
probably including whose face is on a dollar bill, or, if they did
agree, would then exclaim "Oh, let George do it") will no longer be
there by a one-degree orb in this period, but will still be there by a
two-degree orb. If this helps, I will be surprised, because the moon is
void-of-course through most of the period. If the President, who returns
to Washington Wednesday evening, can get to some agreement with Boehner
or others beginning late afternoon on Thursday to early Friday morning, voila! Otherwise, afterwards on Friday and Saturday in the void-of-course period, if they do reach a deal it will likely be temporizing and unsatisfactory to everyone, or a "kicking the can" procrastination.
The last chance
would be Sunday and Monday including New Year's Eve. I have not studied
the chart for that period because of intense astrological research plus
holiday interruptions. We shall see. But I hope our Senators and
Congressmen are prepared to spend their holiday in Washington.
Regardless, I believe, not from astrology but from considering what
economists and market-watchers have to say, that we will not be entering a recession no matter how this fiscal self-imposed crisis turns out.
As an experiment, let's divide this Capricorn-Cancer phase into six smaller periods:From the beginning of the phase (time above) until the beginning of the next period (time) below:
In this 3.5-hour period here is versatility, good taste, and gentleness, so that you
could tap into sweet abilities you are seldom as conscious of as now.
Public documents or records might have a place, as if you were wanting to make something known to the world or find a way for harmonizing diverse standpoints. Is anybody going to protect the poor, the indigent, the aged, the suffering? Maybe, and in that uncover good things for themselves.
Thursday beginning at 3:32p PT | 4:32p MT | 5:32p CT | 6:32p ET | 11:32p UT (until the next period begins):
This seems an ominous 7.5-hour
period. There could be a blow-up of temperament, a defiance which is
hurtful, intentionally or otherwise. It would be smart
not to take what people say or do too seriously. They are deceived,
even obsessed by wrong ideas or notions. What comes from them could be
an accident, and rather than blow up in the face of it you could remain
calm and collected until the storm passes. Difficulties are intense, but
final success is not impossible. If communication fails, try again,
first by calming the waters, but do not
insist too vehemently on your viewpoint, giving the other time to come
around or calm down. He or she is feeling distress and gloom as you are.
We need to keep climbing above that.
Thursday-Friday beginning at 11:03p(Th) PT | 12:03a(F) MT | 1:03a(F) CT | 2:03a(F) ET | 7:03a(F) UT (until the next period begins):
These 5 early morning hours are the Full Moon time. Things
should feel somewhat better. You are fully aware of your capacities,
and they seem immense. They will be appreciated. However, you are aware
also of "the opposition" and its challenges, including differing viewpoints. Not only how much "fighting" is necessary, but how much of it can be avoided through interaction in a less
stressful manner is a good question. People sometimes have to go
different ways. Barrenness and despondence may overtake your
consciousness. You feel that the only revenge
you have on opponents is spiritual, to see them ultimately fail, as the
vengeance of the Old Testament prophets. Are your projects really
vacuous? No, you have to be alert to what will turn up as opportunity
and validation for your hopes. Meanwhile, spiritual reassurance is an
immediate fortification to stabilize your feelings. [As I re-read these paragraphs, I saw how closely they could apply to our Senators and Congressmen, as well as, in different ways, the rest of us.]
Friday beginning at 3:50a PT | 4:50a MT | 5:50a CT | 6:50a ET | 11:50a UT (about 4 hours):
How does one distinguish between true intuition, inner guidance, and a foolish notion? Now is a time to try. You are susceptible to the former, that is, real impressions from Divinity. They could light your way if you attend them. For one thing, they would help you know how to aid anyone in trouble or incapacitated.
Some such individuals could be friends in surprising ways if you aid
them, but aid them you will want to do even without any return. Some may
be rebellious, but the rebellion is part of themselves as they learn how to interact with the world. As a benefactor you would be a knight or saint. A playful side to this could lighten
the burden. A little joking relieves tension. A time of sharing,
perhaps with food and drink, is a balm to the oppressed. (If in the
early-morning zones, this paragraph would probably show what you are
thinking about rather than what you are doing.)
Friday-Saturday beginning Friday at 8:12a PT | 9:12a MT | 10:12a CT | 11:12a ET | 4:12p UT until the beginning of the next soli-lunar phase in the next forecast (time above, through Saturday) (about 40 hours):
This is the void-of-course period within this soli-lunar phase: a long one. Much of what was said in the previous periods may still prevail. But some of the defiance felt during the previous period is being healed. This could be from just dropping whatever is pointless to struggle with right now, turning your attention to things which help you gain internal poise: activities
or interests which are therapeutic. The |karmically difficult third| of
this week is upon us as well as the v-of-c, so you are sober about your
prospects and wanting to be realistic and honest.
You may sense the value of rivalry and opposition. They help you define yourself, what you are really about. Your aptitudes shine out. You want people to notice them. You realize this has to be happen indirectly,
so that you are not obvious in calling attention to yourself, but get
it because of who you are. Apparent drift is not always what it seems.
The mystery of childlikeness is present. The childlike one enters the
Kingdom. Your spontaneity, when natural and gracious, puts you there.
Even silence and quietude are a path, at a time like this, for you
gravitate to deep places in yourself which, at first gloomy, break
through into zeal for life as it is and what it can become if we cease fighting it. A true teacher can help, as well as teaching surging from the depths as you meditate in night fearlessly.
