~Choice Point~
The moon enters Pisces at 8:48a PT | 11:48a ET | 4:48p UT |. For two hours and ten minutes before that, it is void of course at the end of Aquarius, when things might be rather bewildering. After that time, we are still in the waning-moon period until the New Moon Friday night, but the moon conjoined to Mars while sextile Pluto gives some energy and hope. Household and money matters may go well. But there is probably no need to push hard with new plans or proposals until after the New Moon. Finishing old business would be better.
Methinks that the plight of Qaddafi symbolizes the plight of many of us, unbeknownst to ourselves. That is, we may be holding on to some old power structure in our lives which needs to be changed. It is not evil but has outlived its usefulness in some regards. This is pointed out in the skies by the opposition of Jupiter and Saturn, which we discussed when it began a year ago in April 2010. It will continue in its final crucial form through April 28, not to return until 2029-30. This approximately twenty-year cycle is important for all of us and right now you might want to examine what is changing in your life and how your hopes and purposes are undergoing evolution. It has been called a "mutation" because it is a turning point. It is difficult because it goes deep into the soul as a regathering of soul forces and needs, a realization of karmic necessity. That is, your life is not beginning, it is continuing as a result of past choices; and those choices now are up for fresh understanding, not so you can go off on an entirely new course but so you can make wise adjustments. Some of them indeed might seem revolutionary, although they maintain continuity, but with important differences. I think if you ponder on these words you will sense what they might mean to you.
It would help if you could go back in memory to what happened during the last occurrence of this fundamental "mutation" which covered a two-year period from August 1989 through July 1991. (This time it is shorter, just over a year.) Do you not see (if you are old enough) that there were important life-changes during that time?
Some of them may have been even very outward, such as a move, a change of job, change in a relationship or the death (rather transition) of someone important to you. All this might look like fate, although really the result of what you have done in the past consciously or unconsciously.
The internal changes are even more important having to do with basic motives and purposes. Somehow, getting at those, your mission in life--"getting right with God" as religious people such as myself say--will make clear to you whatever needs to be done or changed outwardly.
We will discuss this further, but it could be wise to consider the previous paragraphs thoroughly right now because we have only two more weeks of the Bright Epoch and so as much as you can "figure out" might be crucial.
Today your material foundation, your living quarters and source of income, are in your mind and you are willing to labor to make them the best you can. A place where family, young people, and community can thrive may be on your mind and you have a part in creating it. Tastes of people vary, yet you are open to those of others at this point in a friendly way. Much that happens seems to point a path to happy prosperity.
Someone who is prosperous and full of self-regard, strong and a good friend or formidable foe, may be inimical to you in some ways and yet at a spiritual level a friend because challenging you to meet face to face whether right or wrong. Your differences are real on the level of ordinary outward life, yet could dissolve at a deeper level.
You could perceive acutely what is good for you financially. This might be a good day to tackle income taxes or any such matter related essentially to the past as it influences present prosperity. Thereby you also see further into the future. Choices coming upon you may seem hard or confusing and yet you are in a position to make them during the next two weeks especially. What is your primary path?
All of us feel incompetent at something or other; no one is really an all-round Renaissance Man or Woman, and you might consider what you are not good at as well as at what you excel, in order to get a better perspective on potentials. There is no need to get involved in what is either beyond your powers or not your real mission (the two are pretty much the same). To what are you summoned? Who is calling you to fulfill your role? To do that, you can heed practical business requirements and opportunities as well as your soul's leading.
(This is a long and challenging report. Thanks for your patience. I am following out my regular formula to the end even if this seems like too much for one day. You might highlight what speaks to you and let the rest go by. I will probably repost those paragraphs about the "mutation" this weekend.)
Perseverance is easy when it feels right to you. You are aware of what is "really you" and so can go ahead with it no matter what the temporary obstacles. You can be defiant in rejecting what no longer has any meaning for you as a life-purpose. Others' choices are not necessarily yours, unless those of a true teacher or guru. Freedom feels real when you feel your resources will never run dry. All depends on you real mission, at this point, and lucky the one who knows what that is at a deep level. It might involve opposing those who don't understand it, or pressing on despite their hindrance. Dreaming it and feeling it, as well as absorbing it from true guides, may be better than thinking it out, unless your thoughts indeed reflect your soul.
