~On the Way to Being Un-Lost~

The |difficult third of the week| begins at 9:54a PT | 12:54p ET | 5:54p UT, lasting through Wednesday and Thursday until early Friday morning. Rather than try to modify this I feel like saying, "Suffer." You will see what it means in your own case, and the rest of this report should help clarify it.

Thoughts about things and people at a distance are prominent, and perhaps communications with them. Friendship is difficult now, but the challenge in it could bring out character and strength.

An aimless trend could give you respite from hard work, and that is all right up to a point, unless the efforts are specially crucial. You dream of what might have been and what could be. Literal dreams or day-dreams can be creative and are not mistakes when they illumine reality, as they always do if we look into them deeply. Life offers color and intriguing fresh variety to lighten the burden of the humdrum.

Something you believe in, or have believed in, may seem in decline, or to have "lost its savor," and yet you have not given up on it entirely. So there is chatting about it, or a holding-on in hopes that it may revive and become relevant again. That is quite possible if it is of G*d, or at least not in conflict with divine purposes. Some, and perhaps you, may drift into positions of leadership because they are needed, not because they seek those positions directly. Then, once they see the need, they become active in trying to aid those who seem lost.

Something about paper is important, or papers. These have a somewhat official importance, either in business or in a spiritual capacity (as in a group devoted to higher purposes). Rather than weep over Jerusalem, as Jesus did because he could not save it, you may sense how to unite conflicting or incompatible forces or individuals to pull together in a direction all find inspiring and bettering.

The union of the past and present, as of course preparing some future, becomes specially significant. A romantic view of the past is good when it opens our hearts to the best the past has given. Even the intriguing TV series Lost is suggestive of subconscious and ultimately conscious ways we live in the past and present at the same time. Today this could seem sad in a way, if some of the past seems lost, and yet whatever in it remains valuable is never lost, as the Theosophists and other occultists dramatized in their idea of the akashic records or permanent memory of nature.
