The wind blows clouds into transitioning patterns
While people haste toward goals with wind in face.
One man descends into a pit he has dug for surprising
Gain in his own home town and is happy with the result.

Another stands on an elevation, arms folded, head erect,
Steady and able in body. He loves freedom but also
Loves to serve. Sometimes he rides a spirited horse
To spread, far and wide, a message he believes in.

A woman lightly clad lies in a field of violet flowers,
Gentle and unassuming, content to rely on luxurious and fertile
Nature. A man invites her to a table lavishly abundant
With wine and viands. Dissolute? No, sociable and kind.

Digging for treasure or spreading truth, reposing
In flowers or sharing a feast, we enjoy summer.
