^A More Direct Road^

How was your weekend? Somewhat gloomy? Mine was. The |difficult third of the week| periods (about 2.5 days) have been hitting the weekends for months. That will start to change, slowly, beginning next week, when Sunday will be free of that syndrome although it won’t end until Saturday evening. Social and party-style events go much better when not in the |karmically difficult| periods.

Reorient, reaches toward self-discovery.
She stops imagining herself a splintered oak
Abandoned by all. Storms are temporary.

A straight road branches into four,
And which is best? She has missed her way
But now sees the finger-post pointing to
A firm secure haven of longevity.

She meets a juggler and decides to try her hand
At his witty tour-de-force accomplishments.
As a child, and with children, she plays,
Amused and amusing, in fond simplicity.

Grief can’t hinder but fosters character-
Formation. Sometimes fun and freedom win.
