To those who think that my daily forecasts are the product of a disordered brain and that astrology is total nonsense and superstitious supposition, please note:
Over the years I have developed,through observation, four major "bugaboos" to warn us about "difficult time periods." 1. The Dark Hermetic Epochs. These last almost two months and we are not in one of them now. 2. The moon void-of-course, which happens every 2.5 days for a few minutes or a few hours. 3. The |karmically serious or sobering third| of each week, which lasts about a third of each week. 4. The Via Combusta position of the moon, which lasts 1/12 of the time, for about 2.5 days each month. These are INDEPENDENT VARIABLES. I have reported them faithfully in the daily forecasts, for the past 20 years since 1999, because I have seen how important they are.
Now note: Early Monday morning this week, three of those four conditions were prevailing. At 3:30 a.m. on Monday the Coast Guard got a "mayday" signal and tried to rescue boaters from a horrendous fire on board a diving boat near Santa Cruz Island, but could not do so. 33 or more perished. The moon was at 22 Libra, in the Via Combusta or Burning Way! It was within the |difficult third| of the week, as reported in the Monday forecast. And the moon was void-of-course, making no further aspects before it would leave Libra. THREE OF THE FOUR "warning" indications I have developed through STRICT CAREFUL OBSERVATION over 30 and more years were present at the time of this highly unusual tragedy.
Why did the ancient and medieval astrologers call that 30-degree segment of the zodiac "the burning way"? Nobody knows. Were they right?
What were you doing at that time? Maybe having difficult dreams, working through your own "karma" and "dharma" as best you could. I know that was true of myself.
