One may investigate things imponderable or unweighable. One wants to experiment. At the same time, conscience gets a strong hearing. One wants to live up to one's ideals as represented by a superb teacher of the higher life.
Calm beauties are present at home or near it. Your skills and the materials they need are right at hand, so you can get things done stalwartly and immediately. Then you have added to the harmony of the season.
A secluded life of religious longing gains respect from those in power positions. In terms of career, you emulate a parent or parent figure who has set forth goals or methods you take up naturally.
That is the opposite of the life of gambling and drinking, which is something you may contemplate in others nearby or in fiction, news or film. The popularity flowing from such activities is ephemeral. Still, playing a game at a moment when victory is ready to crown you is a happy thing.
