The emphasis of "very brilliant reconciliations" while Jupiter is in Libra (until next October) (the words in quotes are from Marc Edmund Jones) suggests that we can be linking various individuals and groups, first in our own minds and then in actual communication or cooperation.
Any tendency to be critical and quarrelsome does not have to rule our lives. We need to be on guard against groundless suspicion. A watchdog may bark at your friend, until he gets to know him. So we are likely to be upset about people we have not yet understood.
You can treat people with reserve and firmness, if they seem on the offensive. Those who attain ambitions sometimes make enemies in the process. Fortunately there are friendlier energies afoot, and so you could be frank and sincere with those who wish to be sincere with you, in mutual camaraderie.
You can assist others as they assist you. You are trying to dance together and need to get the steps right, or get into a rhythm beyond "steps" which allows you to improvise with significant others. Then you are established in interesting friendships which have an almost legal or juridical side to them. That is, you can settle something with those with whom you cooperate which makes a basis for future efforts together. That makes everyone happy.
You can continue with routines. They are not drudgery if understood as contributing to your security and therefore ultimate well-being. They prevent you from making a fool of yourself by attacking or mocking the systems by which humanity has evolved to a point of social security which includes security for yourself.
