One of the symbols is "men cutting through ice" which fits the weather and my state of mind. Things are harsh in some ways and we have to procure what we need from the cosmos in difficult ways like cutting through ice. 

What is your spiritual heritage? It comes to the fore. Someone of gigantic proportions, mentally, can show the way.

To be a "butterfly emerging from chrysalis" might be hard while one is also trying to cut through ice but we are trying for the impossible. Trials and even some sorrow may be inevitable and yet we can rise beyond them. 

There is inspiration amounting even to ecstasy, and human kindness disguised as humorous effrontery or buffoonery, or perhaps Santa Claus disguises and mistletoe madness. 

Confusion and frustration about worldly matters and money seems almost normal, for most of us, but above it is transcendental solace. Some may be unaware of that and drawn to using force rather than good will and reason. "Two bulls fighting on the edge of a precipice." We do not have to be a party to that if we are above it in consciousness.

Something you care about---a group, belief, cause---gets you to lift its welfare above your own for a while---"a flag-bearer." Then back to overcoming obstacles for your own sake as well as that to which you are loyal.
