This should be an easier, more relaxed or smoother day than Monday, with a feeling that some of your hopes are nearer fulfillment. It might be better for outward purposes, human contacts, friendships, negotiations or agreements than tomorrow (Wednesday), so I would recommend attending to such matters (unless you intend to postpone them until next week or later).

Ambitions are favored. You may feel that in some respect you have failed to attain the position you had anticipated earlier in your life, yet there are strong realistic influences showing the next steps for arriving at a position which contents you. One value of astrology and cyclic thinking (there are non-astrological cycles, studied by naturalists and geologists) is that it reassures us that when things are down, they are getting ready to go up again. You have qualified yourself for certain activities, and are qualifying yourself further, and will be appreciated insofar as you make these activities useful to someone. Values are measured in far more than monetary terms.

Rash individuals may quarrel with you, yet think you are the rash one. They harbor secrets, perhaps, which they do not wish to divulge, whereas you are asking them for a higher spiritual orientation. The lack of energy or vigor often felt in the last stages of a lunar cycle (the New Moon comes on Friday) may be evident and yet you can gear up your optimism and finish some important matters. Living in the moment, so that things become exciting or interesting, could help.

Aspects of your life which seem like ruins, as if you had gotten yourself into something pointless, can be regenerated in quiet ways through calm persistent effort. You see a better target and aim at it or approach it by climbing out of the ruins. A military-style discipline, imposed by yourself as officer on yourself as doughboy, lifts morale.

Freedom seems so near, yet so far. Something at a distance is impossible to get to at present, but study is always possible. If you are relying too much on your past, your antecedents or parentage, your start in life, you can instead use all that as a springboard. Even a position of authority, granted gladly to you, is possible within your community. Yet you are aware of how deeply people are hurting about many things and see that you need to be a healer as well as guide; or a humanitarian persuader. If some old, unconsciously selfish interests are blocking your path, or the path of associates, you can penetrate into the intricacies of their ungenerous muddiness and turn such awareness into opportunity. Foundations can either be abandoned for new ones, or restructured. It is not as hard as it looks.
