There could be something lurking in your consciousness concerning parentage. 'A nest of young, unfledged birds lying upon the ground' could point to someone you know who is or was an orphan, or to feelings you have about your own parents. We are told that practical self-assertion and effort are insurance against desolation and despair. An orphan can yet 'attain to considerable distinction.'
The Scorpio month can be 'dark' in more ways than one; we notice the sunlight hours getting shorter, but this helps us focus on internal matters which need calm resolution.
