A new Bright or Fast (easier for normal planning and acting) Hermetic Epoch began Wednesday, but as fate would have it, other factors entered in such as the Difficult Third of the Week plus the moon in the Via Combusta, so you may not have felt the Brightness of the Epoch yet, and today we have an almost nine-hour void-of-course period. Still, I think you will realize that it is getting easier to see your way ahead.
"A storm-swept prairie" fits in with the moon being void-of-course in Scorpio, which at its harshest could result in 'forlorn or blighted hopes.' Feeling 'free as the wind' is good provided one is not violent or rash. There could be 'fallen idols and desolated temples.' Yet at best this will be the sweeping away of stuff you do not need, so that you can be inflexible in your determination to get recognition by maintaining your real advantages.
When things are more stabilized, and one's personality feels firm and poised, there can be social times (Venus sextile Mars for the whole of November and half of December) represented by 'two men seated at a table with beakers of wine before them.' People could be sympathetic and jovial, inclined to self-indulgence, and possibly indiscreet. Frankness combines with kindness. There is 'a very intimate knowledge of human character' as a glory of comradeship.
Despite the void-of-course, which loosens up plans so that one ought to be ready to abandon one plan for another, it's Friday so there could be 'a boy and girl standing with arms entwined.' There is finesse and adaptability, not just in a friendship or relationship but in business, with two duties (as if boy and girl) alternating. Freedom and the work agenda intermix in unusual ways. Eventually the boy and girl, or boy and boy, or girl and girl, could be almost lovebirds, innocent and acting from the heart more than from the head. If someone is not 'a true friend and constant lover' still that ideal is alive in a perhaps less determinate form.
