Moon in Libra-->Scorpio
/moon goes void-of-course at 10:47a PT | 1:47p ET | 6:47p UT
until it enters Scorpio at 7:58p PT | 10:58p ET | 3:58a(Tu) UT
There is a lot of freedom to be oneself. Independence is a keynote of Uranus, and Luna opposes it at exactly the v-of-c moment---but the aspect is effective all day. After that moment, things could get more diffuse or uncertain, or you could still feel free but a little disoriented. "Take it light" is good advice during any v-of-c.
Sometimes there is apathy while the moon is in the Via Combusta, and we have that in addition to the v-of-c this time.
There could be good fortune in study, thinking, publishing, learning. There is underlying friendliness with Luna trine Venus. There could be prosperity. People want some easy pleasures.
You can be serene and let strong attachments go. By not worrying about love, you manifest it and attract it more readily. Call that reverse psychology if you wish.
There are alluring individuals near you, "Cupid knocking at the door." There could be sensual excitement.
Things keep bouncing around from one level to another, many small things to complete to make way for the next. You may not see what's coming till it's there, so it's good to be flexible and quick.
Physical stamina may seem lacking or hidden away for a while, but you can continue to do mental work and contribute something to people they appreciate, directly or indirectly.

P. S. Starless?
"Don't let the stars get in your eyes; don't let the moon break your heart." That neat line from an old 1950s song is in my head as I decide to leave out the "star ratings" I have researched for hours upon hours upon hours, months upon months and years upon years. I believe they mean something; but what they mean is so dependent on and intertwined with "other factors" each day that it almost becomes impossible to make out what they mean. It is easier to write a few paragraphs, as I did above, trying to use all the information at my disposal, rather than somehow to reduce the complexity of the day to a single rating. And so, reluctantly, I am leaving them out and hope that "less is more" will prove true in this case. Actually, stopping the tedious calculation of these, and the boring posting of them, frees up my mind to attend more closely to all the daily aspects and positions. My research on those has been relentless, and continues, and I hope it will be helpful.
