*Exalting Spiritual Foundations*

As we saw Tuesday evening when the President made his speech, the moon being void-of-course (as it was then) can mean "putting things on hold" which is essentially what he had to do, backing out of his "immediate attack" strategy concerning Syria--for which most of us are grateful, whether to Putin, Obama, or the Supreme Lord. And so, today after Luna goes void-of-course you may find yourself "putting things on hold," that is, the most important ones--unless, by a possibly valid reverse valuation, you regard ordinary daily tasks and duties to be "the most important." Also, there can be unplanned and serendipitous moments of sheer relaxation during void-of-course periods (with the danger that they might get out of hand). Internal spiritual realizations can be powerful and valid.

A chubby boy rides a rake as if his pony through a cornfield. It is wonderful how children assimilate their future work's hopes and skills at an early age, if they have an inborn trend in one direction. Adults assume a "hobbyhorse" stance toward something new they want to achieve.

An angel's scroll unfolded shows sixteen mysterious words for a new age. At the spiritual level, wonderful things could be fructifying. Meditators will be in bliss. Why there are constant fights and tortures in the Muslim world is beyond me. Perhaps even some of them will relax their fanatical grip. They need angels, and the Sufis whom most of them reject.

At a house-raising a woman feeds pigeons, attracting the interest of children. I don't know how often neighbors help one another in the old-fashioned small-town way. We could use more of that. It inspires faith in everyone and opens humanity to the presence of angels (we are their pigeons).

A man stands triumphantly over his enemy fallen through sexual indiscretion. The sins of others loom large; ours small; and whoever points ours out in public is considered an enemy, while if we point his out we are being fair. Or so it seems. Yet sometimes the fallen rise.

A man counting his money ignores a baby bird trying not to fly but to hop. People working for substandard wages at hard even cruel jobs need help, and we paying a few pennies (not dollars) more for our goods could support them. Garment workers killed in fires--it ought not to happen.
(You could find other meanings for the symbol but that is one which came to me.)

A woman in a basket beneath a balloon studies her manual. We fly high in our minds and sometimes need to get back to the reality of ordinary facts to let them adjust our steering. We organize our minds and thoughts in order to organize adventurous living for success of one variety or another.

Beneath an oak tree's branches children swing and an old man sits meditating. The carefree delights of life mellow into ecstatic perspectives of age contemplating its youth and the youth of others as portents of a heavenly future. A tree might literally be a good companion.

\Feeding on our Aspirations/

The seven wrapped and beribboned packaages here are symbols for you to open. If you find only one or two relevant on a given day, fine; those may be your gifts of insight. I am veering from "advice" to "insight" as the basis of these reports and projections. I am not sure how often advice hits home or is usable  Relevant symbols allow you to find what makes sense to you--insights--and may be more helpful in opening doors otherwise closed.

An angel carries a harp above a wheat-field being harvested. What is useful, what feeds people, is part of the cosmic economy on our planet. Perhaps angels do not have to eat. Or perhaps they feed on the vibrations of human beings insofar as they aspire in angelic directions.

The exchange student ponders her adopted family feeling love unexpressed and unknown. Good humble people on every hand often lack any recognition of their deeper feelings which they would be embarrassed to articulate. Outward discovery in fresh scenes fosters inward growth.

A youth holds a lighted candle, inspiring an older man to care for his well-being. Good will is recognized and appreciated in young and old. The less it is spoken, perhaps, the more it is realized and manifested. People catch the overtones of goodness in one anther and rely on them.

A flash of lightning reveals a girl weeping in a cemetery. Those who have been pioneers, leading others, overturning outmoded customs, are missed when they leave this world. Yet their illumining influence remains. Those left behind recover slowly from grief to carry on the legacy.

She takes a last look in the mirror before seducing the orphan come of age. When blood relatives are missing, strangers become potent as allies for good or ill. Naive dependence is blessed of heaven, yet can go wrong when glamorous instincts blot out good sense--unless there is divine intervention.

A higher being at the top encourages a tender neophyte up a shaky flight of stairs. We sometimes are unaware of what or who is guiding our efforts to be better beings. Or sometimes we know, or half-know. Our impatient recklessness needs such steady guidance.

The musician sways, plays and sings in a gallery of prize-winning canvases. The hard lunar aspects of the day (conjunction with Pluto, square with Uranus) seem overpowered by smoother ones among the major planets, though with Venus gradually conjoining Saturn people are trying to find ways of loving themselves when they feel unworthy. Delights of the senses, of motion, music, and artistry, do much to lift us beyond any sense of unworthiness or failure. They are visual and auditory emanations from the soul of humanity, augmenting internal psychotherapy.
