^Avenues of Prodigality^

Challenge:  Some of the harshest disagreements may have a lessening impact, in terms of upset, yet remain matters of contention.  'Two swords crossing each other' can be quarrel and litigation, but at a higher level they become a dialectical process of comprehending the world through opposites which complement each other.  What seems repellent in the Other may be his or her inability to comprehend that dialectic.  'A man scaling a wall on a rope ladder, in his teeth a sword, in his hand a firearm' suggests daring and courage.  The mouth-held sword could be eloquence in defense of what is right. We do not need the danger of firearms if we all try for mental and spiritual prowess more than animalistic.  

Process:  'A wild horse leaping a barrier' continues the theme of liberty, though the horse is also a symbol of intellect and learning, which increase liberty through awareness of multiple trails to be trotted adroitly.  Computers, phones, and the internet multiply our paths of freedom.  Charubel may have had a clairvoyant anticipation of that in the 1890s through this symbol:  'A narrow vista of considerable extent, resembling a square tube, the interior of which is luminous, rendered so by some means I do not understand.'  Are we living in that 'tube' these days?  'It may be connected with optics or some new phase of electricity,' said Charubel.  Or 'this may apply with equal truth to the metaphysical or the transcendental.'

Blessing:  Luna in generous Sagittarius sextile its ruler, Jupiter, increasing through the day into evening, could be 'Santa Claus filling stockings furtively.'  'This is a symbol of the illimitable source of everything ever needed for life and experience,' says Dr. Jones.  People are finding prosperity, and sharing it by granting favors so that all may enjoy prodigality.  'The flow of inspiration' is illimitable resources on the more intangible side.  We are, within, greater than what is without, and so can utilize and adapt it, developing marvels through ingenuity.

P. S.  The above is optimistic, yet I remind us that the Dark Hermetic Epoch lasting another week often feels like walking on chewing gum.  Today I tried to get needed tax information and found that it would not be mailed to me (Covid as an improbable excuse!) but I would have to download it online.  Problem:  Can't use a browser with a popup blocker, so would have to go through a ridiculously complicated process of temporarily blocking the popup blocker (blocking a blocker sounds exactly like a Mercury Retrograde or DHE imbroglio).  To get answers I, of course, had to wait on the phone for forty minutes listening to about 12 bars of a Beethoven sonata played repeatedly.  I did other things online.  Finally a nice Chinese lady whose online name was Summer agreed to email me a PDF covering the needed information, and that worked. It blocked the need to block a blocker.  Fretting, fussing, and time-wasting.  DHE.  I mention it not to depress you but to help you survive it  Misery loves company.
