}Escape or Retreat as Re-Establishment{
Moon in Libra-->Scorpio
< moon in the Via Combusta
/moon goes void-of-course at 1:51a PT | 4:51a ET | 8:51a UT
until it enters Scorpio at 9:10p PT | 12:10a(W) ET | 4:10a(W) UT
With both the Via Combusta and void-of-course, things could be dicey, uncertain, or depressing. Faith in what one has believed in the past could be a key; or, if you have to change course, do it slowly and wisely rather than precipitately.
Yes, the long-lasting square between Venus and Mars is exact, with Venus retrograde in Scorpio, one of the worst signs for it (because its home or sign in which it rules is Taurus, opposite Scorpio, so it is both debilitated and retrograde) and both planets are at critical degrees (not making them bad but intensifying them). I am not saying that every single relationship (whether female-male, female-female, or male-male) in the world it on the rocks, but I would guess that a majority of them are facing severe temporary obstacles, or else just aloofness and disinterest. At worst this can be the "battle of the sexes" which seemed to be set off by the Kavanaugh confirmation. But in personal affairs, the imbroglio may have nothing to do with politics.
Why is October Oct-ober? Why is it the eighth month? And why is Sept-ember the seventh, Dec-ember the 10th? Because in the ancient Roman world when the months were named, the first month was March, in which the sun enters Aries (that is, in which the vernal equinox occurs). So, inconsistently as is the nature of language, beginning in September we have the numbered months, although the seventh sign Libra begins toward the end of September (near the 22nd) and the 8th Scorpio near the end of October (near the 22nd). Actually the Romans may have been right because traditionally astrologers have believed that a chart for when the sun enters Aries (late March) is the best over-all chart for the course of the coming year (not a January 1st chart). My observation tends to confirm that.
Tuesday: For the first symbol we have, affirming the void-of-course and via combusta indications, "A horse saddled and bridled but galloping off without a rider." You, the real self, are the rider and the horse is your emotions, passions, desires. Where are they trying to take you? Is that wise? It is after all your choice. You may feel that the "rider" is not yourself but your mate or your boss and you want out, at least for a day. Only you know how much you can get away with. "A retired sea captain" also just wants to relax and relive his life in serenity. Will there be a peak of people calling in sick today? Maybe someone retired could be a good person to connect with.
If you look for popularity in unusual places, you may get it, temporarily, and then feel that it was illusory. Well, some esoteric teachers and Hindus and Buddhists say everything in this world is illusory, so you need not despair. Antiquity, ancient things, and symbols of the past may intrigue you as something to lean on; maybe you had a past lifetime amid similar scenes and that is why they uplift you.
A timorous attitude might invite trouble through anxieties which take your mind off the immediate situation and its needs. You may worry whether anyone cares about you (Venus both square Mars and septile Saturn). Insecurity is often of our own making. Rather you could resolve to be "a rocky eminence in the midst of a turbulent sea," alone but undaunted. Like the retired sea captain you have seen and done much and can rest on your inherent strengths rather than fret.
Someone has stuck a dagger into an old door, symbolically; an act of foolishness. Republicans will say it is the Democrats trying to get their way about the Supreme Court while they stick pins in Kavanaugh as a representative of the "old Establishment." Democrats will say it is Trump throwing his dagger-tweets at everyone and frustrating the settled policies of the Obama era. Maybe both are right but the important point is that we may not need to fight the Establishment but rather create our own establishment or world through seeing what we can do as pioneers and proceeding to do it, "A man in rough clothes hewing timber close to a log hut." Despite the v-of-c and Via C, we may know our right place.

Autumn Leaves covered by Bob Dylan The video has some problems at the beginning but if you stick with it I think you'll find this performance moving.
