Full Moon of Taurus-Scorpio is approaching, exact on Wednesday
At the top of the mountain, a flagstaff and flag.
At the base of the mountain, a pig lying down.
In the West, a brightening star, not Venus but
Aping her glory. Up the mountain stairs to nowhere.
The boy climbing the stairs leaps off to the
Rocks, proficient in mind to scale any peak.
A raven dreaming of mischief mocks him
Harshly, flying from a forest of oaks.
Two climbing girls join the boy on the boulders,
One on each side. Strong winds hit them, exalting
Determination to cavort a cadenza of
Fervent ascent. Paths in their minds go upward, but
Circle beyond peaks to valleys, then summits repeating.
An unexpected wall: Fox running along it: Stealth.
