Things are unfolding in a mostly smooth way but perhaps not according to expectation. There can be anger and fighting; the T square with Uranus in Aries is still with us. The moon void-of-course can mean people are uncertain in their minds, and that evokes anger as a result of frustration.
You can be willful and daring, wanting to demonstrate freedom. Friendship can happen. Someone takes your hand in a way to promote constructive harmonizing, ideal feelings. This should not be doubted, though it seem dubious (moon opposing Neptune).
Being a student in your private space is good. You do not have to go far to do that; the body does not have to travel when the mind does.
You may feel good about yourself, your body even, when contemplating how it differs from other bodies yet shares something with all of them as an archetype. A variety of automobile bodies mimics the variety of human bodies. People have differing preferences.
Being headstrong and impulsive is not a mistake if you are warmhearted toward those who please you. You may receive sheltering and comforting from some who are mature even if very aware of their own needs and so rash.
Soul-force surging within you has multiple outlets. Perhaps too many, if it gets confusing, but you see how everything ramifies through varied types of human expression and is interesting. The cliche` "it's all good" has some value as a positive mantra.
Many factors which are latent need some work to become brilliant and visible. Still they are unfolding, germinating, developing from within on this void-of-course day (not bad for internal matters, often trying with external ones). You sense who you are and who you want to be.
I hope the State Department's terrorist red flag is not proving to have been necessary through some tragic incident. That need not happen, as I have pointed out, yet some factors in the daily chart show that fighting over foreign issues, that is, international or intercultural ones, could be prominent. Let's hope this does not go further than words and thoughts. If people who are exercised over politics and injustice would focus on what is most meaningful for their own lives, taking the long view, asking "What do I want to have and be in 20 years?" they would avoid making havoc of their lives through violence.

The moon now in Virgo is not void-of-course (since the time given in yesterday's report, very very early morning) and because we are in a fresh Bright Hermetic Epoch and a new lunar month, today and tomorrow should be good for beginnings or re-beginnings or developments in a strong positive direction.
Provisions and money and income are emphasized today as a focus of concern. You want to provide for yourself and those important to you.
People want to be in command. This does not have to lead to clashes. Each one is in command over his or her own bailiwick and need not conflict with others. There is a dignity in being able to command or control one's own area of specialization.
However, there could be willfulness of an extreme nature, which ought to be understood and guarded against. Each feels he has a right to this or that and does not want to be questioned. It may be crucial that guidelines are set forth as to who is in charge of what.
Somebody needs to supervise. Yet not everyone can supervise unless there is mutual understanding, concession or agreement. Unanimity would be wonderful. If it's not there, still there can be cooperation of a flexible and quick, competent nature, so that all have a chance to express themselves until some working agreement is reached.
People are followers. That is good. Someone needs to lead, usually. He or she may be somewhat vindictive if crossed, though grateful to those who have been loyal or cooperative. Esteem will follow throughout life one who is supportive of those who attend him or her, providing them what is needed.
Strong wills desire to bask in beauty. They also manifest it from within. Some ideal upheld by a parent or parent-figure remains essential, enabling us to exact from ourselves our highest vision of service or intelligent living.
When things are incomplete, needing further work, one can tolerantly continue to improve them. Sometimes younger persons or younger souls are unable to fend for themselves for a long time and need someone to protect and provide either supplies, helpful tools, or guidance.
Holding on to what one owns for dear life is a natural tendency but could be miserliness if spending some of it is crucial. The long term is what counts, using one's endowment wisely so that one does not lose it, but likewise not letting it lie fallow, accomplishing nothing. Continuous care for details leads on to memorable accomplishment.
