Some have special missions of an extraordinary character, and become ruling giants among men either physically, intellectually or morally. 3 But some could get carried away by self-assertion amounting to tyranny. "An iron gauntlet, a sword and a scourge lie together upon the stump of a tree." Bullying and cruelty are ultimately self-destructive. Mars opposing Saturn now can be harsh unless channeled into wise projects. 4 There has to be competent responsibility as a safeguard for the soul's immortal aspiration. Then "a false call" will be "unheard in attention to immediate service."
