• Character Proving Itself • 1 "A well-conditioned heifer standing to the plow" is tractable, serving patiently under the direction or initiative of others. Is that you, or someone who works with you? A keyword is Docility. 2 "The letter Q appears" again to plague us in the guise of those questioning, querulous, and quarrelsome. Skeptics are disagreeable and distrustful. 3 Maybe "a professor peering over his glasses" can resolve some of the disputes. He has elected to play a role of superiority. Does he deserve it? Only if he has "a quiet mastery of events through a developed insight or depth of understanding" in some area of Specialization. 4 "A man's head" is a representation of character and integrity. He has accepted some responsibility on which others can count (like the heifer). He has an effective self-assurance and a clear vision of emerging opportunities for all (like the professor).
