"A strong hand supplanting political hysteria" is what we need, but whose hand? My candidate is RFK Jr. All of them are flawed in one way or another so we need to go with one who will protect our freedoms. Dr. Jones says "This is a symbol of the real weight of human personality as emphasized by the direct intervention of outstanding individuals in the affairs of their fellows." The keyword is Power. For each of us it can be "consistent effectiveness in demonstrating personal potentials."
"Two hands linked in a close grasp of friendship" is self-explanatory. Yesterday Luna was trine Venus, today trine Mars, and so male companions may be significant. We could be "filled with concord and goodwill toward our fellows---constructive, harmonizing and humane."
As for spiritual matters or faculties, there is "an aureole of clouds, in the midst of which appears a triangle of flame, and an eye within the triangle." The keyword is Ardor. "The mind is just, aspiring and noble; hopeful, full of the divine fire of a worthy ambition; intuitive but not logical; ever intense and sincere."
"An elephant with his castle on his back" has strength and cool courage. He is "a defender and helper of the weak; one endowed with great sagacity." The grand trine among Luna, Mars and Jupiter could confer such qualities on us if we open ourselves to them.
