We are just past the center of the Bright Hermetic Epoch of June 1 through August 3. I hope you have noticed how some of your plans, schedules, and agendas have been taking definite shape over the past few weeks.

Monday:

The Full Moon of Cancer-Capricorn occurred Sunday at 8:43p PT | 11:43p ET | 3:43a(M) UT. There may be a let-down today. One of the degree symbols is "a blank. Some mystery about the number 4 and its square, 16." This might mean that to escape blankness one ought to "four-square" things, put them in reasonable order.

One of the worst degrees turns up, "a dagger lying beside a skull." It denotes "fatal tendencies, destructive to a degree; inclination to cruelty and oppression." We know what that means in the nonsensical Ukraine-Russia war, threatening to destroy the world over minor territorial disputes. We need to "hold strong passions in check." Being "melancholy and taciturn" is okay but not keen feelings ending in the tragedy of undoing oneself and others.

If we overcome that crisis there is "Daybreak," with the keyword Genesis. Each new day is "an ultimate assurance to the human heart." There can be resurgence, new potential, rebeginning.

Then, at best, by evening "a bright, pale blue star shines over a clear lake." There is distinction through a quick, refined, well-trained intelligence. There is peace, harmony, and beneficence, with a mind "highly intuitive and capable of lofty and sustained flights." Also there is "diplomatic power." All this applies to Sri Aurobindo, whose natal sun was at this degree. He did indeed "shine like a star in his sphere of life" and have "many followers." The rest of us may share in all this directly or indirectly.
