Elon Musk could use a good astrologer (that would be me) because he had to delay his SpaceX launch again although it was scheduled for Monday. The last day of a waning moon is not a good time for an adventurous project, and further, the moon went void-of-course mid-day. He says it may launch in a few more days; then Mercury will be retrograde. It may work out anyway but it is specially important then to choose a day with good lunar aspects.

Tuesday:

Two isosceles triangles, fixed to an upright, point
Left, and a strange person resembles them in quixotic
Peculiar thinking void of conceptual clarity.
But he flexes his hand, with prominent thumb, to show

He's determined and confident. He wants to rule his environment
In a ruthless manner, steady in every issue.

In the other. Widespread knowledge gives her power

Has dignity, conscientiousness, self-reliance.
The dominion she has earned could rule the world.

Moon in Aries
The second New Moon of Aries arrives Wednesday (tomorrow) late in the day. Mercury turns retrograde early Friday. Things are on the verge of change but it may not be clear what that means at this point. We should not get ahead of ourselves.
