From paragraph 2 of the Monday report: “We are not all orphans literally, but all go through a process of separation from parents in one form or another, and this could be evident in moods. “A nest of young unfledged birds is lying upon the ground.” Neglect, and hard circumstances, can lead to noted self-assertion even if one is “reared among strangers.”” Monday evening I went to a spiritual discussion group in which one member talked extensively about problems with his parents and how he might re-establish meaningful communication with his father. A woman talked about her relation to her son and how she had seemingly bungled it. Often one can see the symbols for the day working in others more easily than in oneself.

Wednesday: “A lamb at a distance from its dam, looking towards her” according to Charubel “denotes strong filial affections. Some cannot be happy without one to love or to cling to.” In fact that may be most of us. The “clinging” can be done on the invisible planes, to someone passed from this world, to a saint or angel, or to Deity. There is nothing wrong either with “clinging to” or idealizing parents, that is, the best in them which provided a basis for one’s own strengths.

“A naked boy with a crown on his head and a scepter in his hand,” says Charubel, “denotes innocency combined with great native dignity, and promise of future greatness.” This might be a child of either sex in your life, or yourself. Let’s remember always the “native dignity” of children. As for ourselves, youthful innocency plus native dignity is a formula for releasing ourselves from hindering corruption.

When we are more self-aggrandizing, we may possess “a spacious room filled with expensive furniture and several mirrors.” The world reflects to us our good fortune and good taste. Any version of the fine arts embellishing our lives could be facilitated and appreciated.

Luna in Pisces in the afternoon and evening, beginning to form trines with the sun, Mercury and Venus, could result in “Two men seated at a table with beakers of wine before them.” They are “jovial and sympathetic” while inclined to self-indulgence and perhaps indiscretion through what verges on gossip stemming from “a very intimate knowledge of human character.” There is “liberality, frankness of mind and comradeship.”
