^Wariness while Magic is Afoot^; and Donald Trump

|Karmic sobering, challenging third| of this week continues until Thursday
0 I frequently say that I try to avoid politics, but how, when Donald Trump is scheduled to make his big announcement tonight? Love him or despise him, what he says and does is going to be monumental in shaping U. S. if not world politics. He is Gemini, sometimes called the Jekyll & Hyde sign, and Mars now is retrograde in it not far from his natal sun and Uranus positions. A RErun for him, or at least a hoped-for one. That Mars position today is the focus of a Yod configuration, with a quincunx to it from the sun on one side and Pluto on the other. This has been called the “finger of God” aspect because it often seems so fateful. A fateful return to politics seems in the cards. (Unless he were to say “No more for me,” which no one expects.)
0> I have avoided writing a full-scale interpretation of DJT’s horoscope for years, because it could fill a book. He “lives” his chart in a brilliant manner so its blazon in the heavens is blazoned in his life colorfully. Mars in Leo with Leo rising! Narcissism? Everybody calls it that. If Mars is in the first house (according to some birth-times) that describes perfectly the red MAGA cap (the red planet) and the reddish complexion with orange hair. According to another birth time Mars would be just past the cusp of the first into the twelfth, and that too would fit because military men (Mars) in one version of the Deep State have been his “secret enemies” (twelfth) as well as CIA officers and operatives.
0> The moon today is in Leo very close to DJT’s natal Mars. It is square Uranus and opposite Saturn, so if he had consulted me I would have chosen a different time for his announcement. But maybe his “gut” will be right again, trumping the stars. Some see him as a jokester, and Venus today is in the Sabian degree “the Halloween jester.” Others, on the Q-Anon side at least, perceive him as “the King of the Fairies approaching his domain” which is the Sabian degree Mercury occupies! Mar-a-Lago has enchanting qualities, as shown by the trines of the three Scorpio planets with Jupiter and Neptune in Pisces. Fairyland indeed. The sun occupies the Sabian degree “Crowds coming down the mountain to listen to one man.” This does not guarantee that Trump’s message will be really spiritual, but it may appear that way to many. As for “telephone linemen at work,” symbol for the moon’s south node, DJT is always busy linking people to his advantage (Gemini planets trine Jupiter in Libra in his natal chart).
^Tuesday: From Charubel we have “A tiger crouching, ready for a spring on its prey,” that is, “a revengeful, treacherous and cruel person.” Trump-o-phobes will know to whom to apply this, but others may see the “tiger” in his enemies. Both sides seem “ready for a spring on their prey” after the inconclusive Midterms.
~ The working class is represented by “a man habited in rough clothes hewing timber close to a log hut.” “Industry and stability will mark his character, while virtue and humility will adorn his soul.”
& More magic is afoot with “A woman in trailing robes waving a wand around which a serpent is coiled.” This is the attraction of “a nature that is both clever and cunning; capable of asserting its power over others by persuasion or fascination. To such will be given some lofty command or position of trust, and success will be achieved by personal charm and magnetic power.”
* “Children” are still “skating on ice.” One has to be attentive to “the complex of things as they are,” that is, the condition of the ice, to avoid danger. Yet the skating is important as “a refinement of personal capacity and skill.” One ought not to “surrender to self as it stands” but keep moving, and have fun through “soul-satisfying experiment.”
