~Fumbling with Magic~
Despite, and partly because of, the intense pressures of the Grand Square in cardinal signs, it is a good time to press ahead with major projects (especially before and after the v-of-c times above).
There is naive exhilaration, a seeking-for-party mood. This can go wrong if there is self-will or pressuring of others, or if they pressure you. One feels that in order to enjoy good times available one has to give up one's darker desires.

There is a contemplative mood, an ability to see everything from a high, inclusive level. You have gifts and abilities which are soaring, but you need to be self-critical and eliminate some wrong or fruitless notions which hold you back. The ability to detect these is a rare one. We tend to go on forever as if machines, according to the Gurdjieff-Ouspensky teachings. We need to see what is wrong with our "machines," our conditioned and too-habitual responses or beliefs when they are not helping us.
Any gloom you feel has partly to do with parent-figures whom you believe in at some level. It's not that you should reject their secret guidance, but recognize it for what it is, a major help, while not letting it guilt-trip you. There is always a way to live up to their, and your, ideals which is satisfying rather than crushing.
A part of you which is selfish and too dependent on asking things from others may be reflected in someone who begs from you or is annoyingly self-centered.
Some are feeling good about having a surplus and want to spend it on pleasures. This can be done foolishly or wisely or both. We need to give ourselves relief from too much weighing, balancing and judging sometimes. Wherever there is beauty, as in spring growth of natural gorgeousness, you want to be. (Maybe we don't spend enough time looking at flowers and smelling them.)
I've used the line "Absence is presence" before and it applies today. Someone who is too often absent from you, poignantly or petulantly, may be on your mind and in your feelings. So it is important to realize that there can be geniality, sociality, and harmony. You have a power of persuasion you may not use to its full but you could. You can also be adaptable and form the best social combinations, or link with someone you like for a time. As in the song of the day, you may "play with magic." It may not be a perfect "party" day but comes as close to that as we have had lately or may have in the near future.

The two-star rating does not mean this is a bad day, but probably difficult--yet for those who want to press forward assertively, things could go very well, with a sense of achievement despite obstacles.
It's possible to rise beyond yourself and your limited view of things to the level of someone spiritually advanced. This is not easy but is highly rewarding. You can do it by trusting and tapping into your spiritual heritage. This protects you against evil or whatever would hinder you or injure your progress.
Someone subtle and refined who is successful could inspire you. You may choose to use exact habits in your approach to success--holding on to almost mechanical precision in your work and schedules. This could be a strong advantage.
Some are melancholy and mournful. They sense keenly what has been lost to them, not realizing that something equally good will replace it if they keep their faith and hope. You have a sanction to believe that what you have planned and worked toward will be achieved, no matter in how much darkness some of the details are enshrouded.

You may put up a front of indifference to things which swirl around you, or actually feel indifferent to them. That is because you have seen how transitory each situation is, through past experience. This realization can be a secret strength, for it gives you freedom to try anything at all, to turn your wits and your hands to whatever interests you.
Setbacks are temporary. Love is here, no matter how much it may seem withheld. There can be amity and friendship among those highly placed in the social or business scheme. Something in you is worthy of respect. It links with and pleases those who likewise are worthy through their sense of heritage and spiritual awareness.
