Most of us will be trying hard to live up to requirements and commitments. Yet there is a need to recuperate at various times, pulling back from unnecessary involvements. A Sabian prayer is: "Point out all toil to avoid." A corollary of that is that one wants to remember the toils which are important.
The beauty of the spring season inspires toward links with influential people who aid success.
The toils which are not to be avoided may be, some of them, arduous. But friendly feelings about the people for whom or with whom one works make them easier. Adapting oneself to what must be done is more comfortable than straining or raging against it.

Deep perspective is possible, in the light of eternity, so that one more effectively sorts out tasks which are essential for one's true destiny. There is progression in this, a rising above one's past levels in the social or career hierarchy, but that does not have to be snobby.
Contention and loss of harmony are possible, with the exactness of Mars's opposition to Uranus. It is well to avoid wounding anyone or anyone's sensibilities insofar as possible. Some may seem to be perverse, secretly enjoying others' suffering. They are to be pitied because they are calling that same suffering upon themselves by laws of karma. We need to watch our thoughts and feelings prayerfully.
At a higher level, you may be impressionable in a good way, and sympathetic with people, so that in moments of relaxation or freedom from work you feel a unity with them which fortifies your own hopes for advancement because the harmony you feel with all makes your own advancement advancement for all.
