}Suffering, Consolation, Shared Happiness{

The previous forecast, named "Encouraging Turning Point," has been less than encouraging for me, as I write during it. I think I was basically right, that Mercury's turning point toward direct motion is encouraging, but other factors are difficult, including the T square of Neptune, Mars, and Venus. This is peculiarly significant as coming to a peak near Good Friday, which for Christians is the day of the Saviour's passion, or suffering for humanity. The "encouragement" is sub rosa or, one might say, beneath the cross, awaiting a resurrection, which may be earlier or later than Easter Sunday (in astrological terms). Christians might put it this way: "Since He suffered for us, I can endure a little suffering without complaint." To others a similar attitude could help, in that we all know how much persecuted people throughout the world have suffered or are suffering now. This harsh configuration, with Neptune (at worst, sometimes victimhood) involved, brings to light such injustices (of which the injustice suffered by the Saviour is a symbol, and more). We have been hearing daily of killings, suicides and the like, a sad response to these aspects by those who cannot rise above them.

It is the Full Moon of Passover (exact Friday at 12:20p PT | 3:20p ET | 7:20p UT). The fullness of consciousness it brings out need not be totally sombre but if it is not partially so I would say one is being quite superficial. Until human suffering has been completely overcome, we need to take account of it, not helplessly but in an attempt to heal it.

When people do not know what they are doing they can be dangerous. Harshness in the general mood needs to be dealt with somehow, either by avoiding unnecessary battles or, if one cannot avoid them, using one's wits and presence of mind, in addition to prayer, to do what one can to protect oneself.

On the positive side, there are potentials of developing something uniquely one's own, one's powers and abilities, to a point where they will be surprisingly effective, even on a far-flung or international scale. You may be, or become, part of a massive organization which brings out your strength when you accept responsibilities within it. The motive and mission are kindness and goodwill despite misunderstandings.

Not all can be done in a single day or week. Not only is Mercury moving very slowly, until we reach the Bright Hermetic Epoch on April 23, Mars also is retrograde until it turns direct a week from now (April 13-14). So this is an interim period. If the gains from your efforts seem paltry, persevere.

Times of rest also are important. Being alone to study mysterious or profound matters is wonderful, when you can. You will not seek to share what you learn, but it will bubble out of you in such a way as to please and interest people.

Personified powers (invisible beings) may be aiding you to make the changes in your world which seem best at this juncture. Thereby your outlook is enhanced and all becomes brighter.

The best possible now could be amity and affection shared with someone special, which survives all threats to it. We know whom we need to hold on to (to put it simply).

Then there could be a smidgen of Bohemian pleasure: buskers on the street, adventurous wandering toward accessible beauty and sharable joy in whatever immediate transitory setting is granted by a friendly cosmos.
