Things seem to turn darker; there could be intense impatience. Yet you can have dominion over yourself and others through self-control and dignity. Your merit will then be evident. You can drop whatever is useless and hold on to whatever can be transformed creatively into chilly splendor, reestablishing hope. Intellectual and moral force of character gain respect so that others enfold you in approval. There is fruitage and gain through linking with various cultures or life-styles which seem incompatible at first. They are subconsciously longing to fit together. 

People spill out emotional worries, not realizing what they are doing. (This could take symptomatic form in actually spilling something physically.) When they feel impotent they turn to entertainment to restore a feeling of strength. Some of this displays the human body alluringly, or exhilarates emotions through the aggrandizement of sheer togetherness. "I want that" ejaculate rap and country singers when celebrating salacious desire, yet laws of karma frown upon regarding others' bodies as acquisitions. Perhaps the holiday weekend has resulted in satiety, so that one can turn at length to the stewardship of one's job and dharmic destiny.

(I can't increase the number of stars when the moon leaves the Via Combusta, as I would ordinarily, because the moon will be so close to Saturn in Scorpio then and for the rest of the evening.)

Too much seems beyond your control, as if you were tethered and restrained. Although this is hard to bear, it is an inducement toward gaining inward control of emotions and plans. Your flaming desires are apparent to friends as well as enemies, and you are neither afraid of the latter nor disloyal to the former. In fact, you reinforce your loyalties. You expend yourself by exploiting whatever you can exploit. You do not tolerate opposition, surviving it and even nullifying it with efficacy.

This brings out the Grand Trine in water signs, reinforced today by the moon in Scorpio with Saturn. If we don't have heavy seas of love now, we'll have heavy seas of something worse.

Who can tolerate failure? No one, and you do not have to. When enemies seem to have total advantage is when you surprise and conquer them. Yet there is kindness with all this; you know that not everyone is your enemy, and you aid or support friends and even those neutral out of sheer good will. It does not matter to you if they appreciate this or scorn your aid; you do it because it is natural for you to do, and then move on. The hardness of the world sharpens your strength.
