\Self-Reliant yet Social Satisfaction/

It's nice to report that the weekend is what a weekend ought to be---pleasurable, even satisfying, with many smooth aspects and most of the harsh ones diminishing.

As of today the sun has entered Leo, its own sign, that of Sol and the King. For many it is the happiest month of the year (although for me Virgo, the harvest month, is often equally fulfilling, as is Libra though with autumn setting in). The dignity of your inner self comes forward, and since others feel the same way, a harmony among diverse desires and wills is possible. When one tries to dominate over others, either his or her will is irresistible, pleasing all, or comes off as petty and self-centered.

Older and younger people, and perhaps animals, mix together smoothly, sharing everything willingly, including feelings about their jobs or careers. All want to feel important and display their positions as of value to the world. Giving is also natural, symbolizing a kind of holiday unification in spirit, with unforced humility.

Amid the comings and goings there can be some perception that one is abandoned to one's inner self, even when others are nearby. This could be despair at worst, or a natural magnificence of spirit not needing companionship to be complete. This is the self-sufficiency of age, while other elevated moods are redolent of youthful immaturity with its presumption that all is well and anything is possible.

A self-reliant mood suggests someone determined to follow the path which his dignity has pointed out as his own, regardless of what kith and kin may think. This might look self-centered, but there is destiny within it, a realization that one's abilities are unique and needed in some context, so that within that context one has the right to be "the man" or the one who calls the shots. When you have found that part of yourself you possess quiet authority.

[I do not do a forecast for Sundays, but let me say that smooth lunar aspects continue through that day, while the moon is in Taurus the sign of its exaltation, so it should be a wonderful time for pleasure and satisfaction. (Unless there is something in it I am missing because I am not doing the usual full analysis of the chart.)]
