° Recovered Aplomb ° 1 Refreshment and rejuvenation are symbolized by "early morning dew." When feeling defeated by life, we find unexpected resources turning up. The better replaces the worse. 2 That's important because fateful inclinations and strong passions could impel many toward emotional injury, abandonment or disgrace. "A woman is seated in an attitude of grief, clothes disordered and hair unkempt, holding faded lilies and roses in her hands." 3 Perhaps in time this sad lady will join a group of "grande dames at tea." They know the value of their ancestry and traditions, ready to pass them on to a coming generation. Meanwhile they rest content in their inherited Aplomb. 4 This could turn to pride, even ostentation or snobbery. However, there is good fortune, with luxurious, tasteful manners. Though there could be some noisome interruptions, many will enjoy "a fine chateau with gardens and terraces.
